Especially as the finca entered into the era of modern farming techniques, this core principle remained unchanged, ensuring that the land is cared for with the same dedication and love as always.
We focus on eco-sensitive production and harvesting practices as well as zero waste principles. We practice weed avoidance methods, targeted weeding, and reuse water efficiently. Our crops are watered using a drip irrigation system, conserving water and ensuring optimal hydration. We also harness solar energy through photovoltaic panels and leave the corn leaves and stalks in the fields post-harvest for natural composting, enriching the soil and supporting sustainable agriculture.
